Basically a tea party fic, where all the old companions from RTD and Moffat (including Jack, Mickey, Rory, and River) gather to greet the new one. Disregard all canon endings for the characters; just gather them in one place. If you must, just make up a reason, such as that it's a telepathic link similar to the one in The Name of the Doctor.
